Cruise & Visa Medicals

Cruise Medicals

An essential check-up for cruise line staff

You might need a medical to work on a ship travelling to certain parts of the world. Your employer might also ask for a medical to check that you are fit enough to work and travel.

Taking a medical before you travel will ensure that any new health problems that develop while you are on board ship will be covered by your employer’s health insurance. This means that you shouldn’t need to pay if you have to visit the ship’s infirmary while you are working.

A cruise line or visa medical costs from £350.
